The Bill (Re.№3030) it is suggested to increase the taxation rates and impose them upon the owners of the vehicle and other self-propelled motor vehicles with the cylinder capacity from 3501 cubic sm and more, in particular for the new cars from 40 to 100 grn. from 100 cubic sm, and if use to 8 years, than from 45 to 120 grn.
The necessity of the resolution adoption can be stipulated by the need in improvement in the financing sphere of the road funds. The Committee does not agree with the suggested project of the problem solution.
People´s Deputies stated that "the issue needs the complex solution and not the increase in taxation rate that must have been imposed on separate vehicle classes depending on the cylinder capacity of their engine"
